"Wedding bells"

We attended a beautiful wedding last month and it seems that ever since then my girls have been "playing wedding."

One afternoon I received "an invitation" to witness my youngest son marry a lovely china doll! LOL! Jared does like this doll, or better put, he is interested in the fact that it plays music and so he is always trying to wind it up so as to hear the music play. Bethany and Sarah thought it would be fun for him to "take her as his wife," so they dressed the doll up with a wedding veil and Jared became the groom, Jesse the best man, Sarah the preacher and Bethany was of course the wedding coordinator. (She did a lovely job of decorating the piano and the surrounding area with ribbons and such for the grand event.) It was fun to watch their role-playing and Jared even planted a big smooch on "his new wife" when they were pronounced married! He was such a good sport in playing along. What imaginations these kids have!
